Ramirez Family Foundation

Over the past few months, COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on individuals around the globe. To support communities with limited access to necessary equipment and scarce resources, Gus and Becky Ramirez donated $50,000 in relief funds to Missionary Ventures International (MVI) to support those impacted by COVID-19 in Latin America. With this contribution, they challenged MVI to match the donation.

In a recent update, MVI shared that they met the goal of raising $100,000 for the Latin American COVID-19 relief efforts, and have begun dispersing funds for front line relief. They are also working on allocating more funds to support the effort.

They also provided a wonderful video from one of their missionaries, Ryan Rivetto, in Peru who has a ministry in Yurimanguas with his wife, Rebecca, and their three children. The video shows the direct impact Gus and Becky’s donation has had in just one location in Peru.
