The school at Primera Iglesia Bautista (First Baptist Church) in Matagalpa opened in 2008. It has repeatedly reached maximum capacity and needed to expand. The school has 3 levels of kindergarten and grades 1-6. There will be 19 teachers and 308 students here next school year!

The school has extra courses in the afternoon for students who want more in-depth teaching in English and technology. Ramirez Family Foundation invested in PCs for the students as well as a rec yard to help protect the students from rough neighborhoods nearby.
